Harwich Runners 5k Series
The Harwich 5k series is a series of 5 races run under a timed handicap giving equal opportunity for those running a 40 minute through to sub 14. Handicaps are adjusted after each race using a secret algorithym to keep the racing fair & fun to help you achieve a new best. Positions from each race in the series are recorded and 4 of your best 5 results count for the series title.
Entry is in advance only, race numbers collected on the night and you must sign in for each race between 18:45 and 19:45. The first runners will be started at 20:00
