London Marathon

Best of luck to everyone running London on Sunday.  Looks as if the weather is going to be good - hopefully not too hot for you!  Most of all I hope everyone enjoys the day - it is a fabulous experience!

Re: London Marathon

Thanks Carla, nervous but looking forward to the experience whatever the weather... although I do feel more adjusted for snow than sun! ;-)  Peter my number is 41144 starting in the red zone pen 8 with all the fancy dress brigade just behind me, hopefully not for long though.

Re: London Marathon

Congratulations to all that ran.

yeah Richard, was going well until 20 miles (2:17:09), on course for sub 3 then suddenly the old legs just seized up. Couldn't physically run any more and had to walk for much of the last 6. Would definitely rest more in the week before a marathon if I was stupid enough to do it again.

Well done to everyone who ran - we are proud of you!  Mark, it was probably that Paarlauf that did it - but well done anyway smile
